1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Tizori, provided by Vebryks Systems LLP. By creating an account or using Tizori, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. What Tizori provides
Tizori is a record-keeping tool for shared and private ledgers, approvals, settlements and exports. Tizori does not hold funds, transfer money, verify the legal validity of debts, provide tax advice or replace a qualified accountant.
3. Shared records and approvals
Connected transactions may require another user's acceptance before they become accepted records. Acceptance confirms only that user's action inside Tizori; it is not a legal judgment, payment confirmation or guarantee that the underlying transaction is valid.
You are responsible for reviewing amounts, dates, descriptions and parties before approving or settling an entry.
4. Private parties
Private-party records are created and controlled by the account holder. You must have a lawful basis to enter another person's name, notes or financial information and must not use Tizori to harass, deceive or unlawfully profile anyone.
5. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, automate abusive requests or interfere with the service.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Tizori for illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, unauthorized surveillance, infringement, malware distribution, credential harvesting or disruption of our systems. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
7. Your content
You retain rights in information you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, encrypt, display and back up that information only as needed to provide and protect Tizori.
8. Trial, monthly access and coins
New users may receive an initial trial of 150 coins. The current configuration uses 10 coins for one full-access day. Tizori uses a monthly coin-based access plan; price and renewal terms are shown before confirmation.
At zero coins, Tizori may provide read-only functions such as viewing records and responding to existing requests while restricting creation, invitations, private-party changes and email exports. Coins are an access entitlement, not currency, stored value, cryptocurrency or a claim against Vebryks Systems LLP.
9. Purchases and refunds
Purchases made through Google Play, Apple's App Store or Microsoft Store are also governed by that platform's billing and refund rules. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Tizori available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change features, limits or technical requirements and will provide notice where required by law.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Tizori is provided "as is" and "as available." Independently verify important balances and retain any records required for tax, employment, audit or legal purposes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vebryks Systems LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities or decisions made solely from unverified ledger information.
13. Account termination and deletion
You can initiate account deletion directly inside Tizori through the Delete account option. You may also use the public account-deletion page. We may suspend or terminate an account for serious misuse, security risk, legal requirements or material breach.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without excluding mandatory rights that apply in your country. Courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Vebryks Systems LLP will have jurisdiction where permitted by law.
